Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Demat and trading account opening and activation.
• Handle KYC verification, document collection, and account maintenance.
• Support clients with trading platform login and operational issues.
• Coordinate with back-office teams for trade-related queries, settlements, and ledger statements.
• Assist with fund transfers, payout requests, and account-related service requests.
• Handle nominee updates, bank details modifications, and other account changes.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve client complaints and discrepancies.
• Assist clients with mutual fund account creation and KYC completion.
• Process and track mutual fund purchase, redemption, and switch requests.
• Support SIP registration, cancellation, and modification requests.
• Assist with mutual fund transaction status, folio details, and statement requests.
• Coordinate with registrars and transfer agents (RTAs), such as CAMS and KFin Technologies, where applicable.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure timely processing of service requests.
• Help clients with nomination, bank mandate, and other folio-related updates.

1. Broking Operations:
