Job summary

Fulcrum Digital is hiring for an Operations Claims role with 5–10 years of US Property & Casualty experience. This position supports FNOL intake, multi-line claims handling, and coverage-based investigations in a remote work setup.

Strong communication, data analysis, and ambiguity management are essential. The role requires business acumen and digital fluency to navigate complex claims processes across Auto, General Liability, Workers Compensation, Property, and Cyber lines.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Insurance, US Property & Casualty domain.
• Strong data analysis and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform FNOL intake and setup with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle multiple loss-type claims: Auto, General Liability, Workers Compensation, Property, Cyber.
• Apply knowledge of coverages to support claim setup, investigation, and administration.
• Review policy information to confirm coverage, limits, deductibles, exclusions, endorsements, and jurisdictional considerations.
• Coordinate with insureds, brokers, claimants, attorneys, vendors, adjusters, and internal teams.
• Support reserve setting and adjustments based on claim facts and exposure.

Responsibilities

• PerformFirst Notice of Loss (FNOL)intake and setup with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.


• Handle or support handling ofmultiple loss type claims, including:

• Apply working knowledge ofcoveragesacross the above loss types to support claim setup, investigation, and administration.


• Review policy information to confirm applicable coverage, limits, deductibles, exclusions, endorsements, and jurisdictional considerations.


• Conduct initial claim triage and ensure assignment to the appropriate claim professional when needed.


• Coordinate with insureds, brokers, claimants, attorneys, vendors, adjusters, and internal business partners.


• Support reserve setting and reserve adjustments based on claim facts and exposure evaluation.


• Identify potential severity, litigation, fraud, subrogation, and recovery opportunities and elevate as appropriate.


• Provide professional and timely communication to all stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle.
