Job summary

Genpact is looking for a Sr. Associate in Insurance - P&C Claims to support London Market Claims and related transactions. The role requires familiarity with FNOL/SNOL, Bureau and Non-Bureau claims, and client interactions through trainings, calls, and emails.

You will work on MIS, data collation, and participate in process improvements within a fast-moving AI-driven environment. Prior experience in Commercial Lines of the UK market is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management and Insurance.
• Master's degree in Statistics.
• Certifications such as AIC, CIC, CPCU are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Transaction processing for Insurance Claims, including London Market Claims.
• Knowledge of FNOL, SNOL, Bureau and Non Bureau claims.
• Interact with clients via trainings, conference calls, emails, etc.
• Manage MIS activities and data collation.
• Drive process improvements and initiatives in Claims.
• Experience in Commercial Lines of UK market, and knowledge of Insurance/Reinsurance domain.

Transaction processing for Insurance Claims process Transaction processing for London Market Claims. Should have knowledge of FNOL, SNOL, Bureau and Non Bureau claims. Client interactions via trainings, conference calls, emails etc. Manage MIS activities and data collation Work towards driving process improvements and initiatives Experience in Claims Background preferably in Commercial Lines of business in the UK market. Knowledge of Insurance and Reinsurance domain along with Claims knowledge preferred Should know functioning of Broker and Underwriters Preferred qualifications Claims processing knowledge with Insurance/ Reinsurance Domain awareness Good Communication Skills Good working knowledge of MS Office London Insurance market knowledge will be more preferable.
