Fulcrum Digital is hiring for Operations Claims with 5–10 years of US Property & Casualty experience. The role focuses on end-to-end claims processing, FNOL intake, and claim administration with a remote working setup.

You will handle diverse loss types, apply coverage knowledge, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and support reserve decisions while maintaining clear, timely communications.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of experience in operations claims, preferably US P&C.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and adapt to ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Perform FNOL intake with accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
• Handle or support multiple loss-type claims: Auto, General Liability, Workers Compensation, Property, Cyber.
• Apply knowledge of coverages to support claim setup and administration.
• Review policy information for coverage, limits, deductibles and endorsements.
• Conduct initial triage and assign to the appropriate claim professional when needed.
• Coordinate with insureds, brokers, claimants, attorneys, vendors and internal partners.
• Support reserve setting and adjustments based on facts and exposure.
• Identify severity, litigation, fraud, subrogation, and recovery opportunities.
• Provide timely communication to all stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle.

• Coordinate with insureds, brokers, claimants, attorneys, vendors, adjusters, and internal business partners.
• Support reserve setting and reserve adjustments based on claim facts and exposure evaluation.
• Identify potential severity, litigation, fraud, subrogation, and recovery opportunities and elevate as appropriate.
• Provide professional and timely communication to all stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle.
