Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a back-office claims support professional to handle data entry, document management, and routine reporting. The role requires coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth claims processing, following established procedures and confidentiality standards.

Shift timings are 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST, with flexible work arrangements (remote and/or office-based) in India. Experience in insurance, finance, healthcare, or BFSI domains (1–3 years) is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in insurance/finance/healthcare/BFSI domains with 1–3 years of back-office exposure.
• Strong data entry and document handling skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle routine reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry for claims processing.
• Manage documents and ensure proper filing and retrieval.
• Produce routine reports and support claims operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate efficient processing.

The position follows established procedures, production standards, and confidentiality requirements while contributing to overall operational effectiveness and service quality.

Any insurance/ finance/healthcare/BFSI domain experience can be considered in between 1 to 3 years i.e banking or healthcare insurance, P&C Claims, back office experince, Retail
