Job summary

AGS Health in Chennai ( Kandanchavadi OMR ) is seeking a Medical Billing professional for US Healthcare with 1–3 years of IV/EV calling experience. Night shift 6:30 PM–3:30 AM, Sat & Sun fixed off, immediate joiners preferred.

Role focuses on ensuring invoices, dates, CPT codes, and charges align with EOBs while escalating issues to process owners as needed. Strong emphasis on timely use of internal tools and adherence to QOB standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IV and EV calling.

Responsibilities

• Verify that Invoice, Medical Record or encounter number matches the payment EOB or statement.
• Ensure correct date of service, CPT and charge amount match the invoice number on the EOB.
• Escalate issues or clarifications to the process owner in a timely manner.
• Use internal tools promptly and effectively.
• Maintain production and quality per the Quality of Billing (QOB).
