Allied Digital in Mumbai is seeking a Desktop Engineer L1/L2 with 2+ years of experience to manage desktop, laptop, network devices and servers on a general shift. Immediate joiner preferred.

The role covers patching, antivirus, backups, auditing infra documents, vendor coordination, and MS Outlook email handling, with emphasis on VIP user support and strong communication.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in desktop engineering or IT support.
• Experience in patch management and antivirus maintenance.
• Familiarity with MS Outlook and Office 365.
• VIP user handling and remote technical support.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Manage desktop, laptop, network devices and servers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the Desktop/Laptop/network Device and Servers
• Managing the monthly windows patches
• Managing antivirus and network devices
• Backup management (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Prepare and maintaining Audit related infra documents (ISMS)
• Coordinating with vendor till closure.
• Email messaging - MS Outlook.
• Domain basic knowledge.
• MFA and Application Basic troubleshooting.
• Experience in handling critical & VIP users.
• Remote technical support hands on.
• Desktop & Network troubleshooting skill level 2 mandate.
• Asset management and IMAC process awareness.
• Windows Operating system.
