Job summary

Starworth Global Solutions is hiring for an SR AR Caller to join our Chennai/Trichy team. You will manage accounts receivable calls, resolve balances, and address patient inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–6 years of AR/coding/RCM experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with medical billing software. Night shifts and immediate joining are preferred, with WFO at our facility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as AR Caller or Medical Billing in RCM.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes, denials, and reimbursement guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and meet collection targets.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve balances and patient inquiries.
• Identify denial root causes, appeal denials, and implement corrective actions.
• Process international voice transactions and ensure timely follow-ups on overdue payments.
• Maintain records of interactions with patients and providers.

Job Location : Chennai / Trichy

Salary 40k to 42k max

Exp 1yr to 6yrs

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve outstanding balances, denials, and patient inquiries.

• Identify and address denial management issues by researching root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
• Process international voice process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments from physicians and hospitals.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as an AR Caller, Medical Billing Specialist, or in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes, denials, and reimbursement guidelines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle high call volumes and meet collection targets.

Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office applications.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Attention to detail and ability to analyze claims for discrepancies.
