dead feeling, doing job there, I mean it's a BPO, Where you have to give customer service, but can't help people, because you have 4 min 10 sec rule to end the call from customer side, because the seniors always want to you to wrap call in this time period, you just have to give them information not help that what your senior will say to you, they'll be giving you pressure for this short call, while mentaining quality.
