Med-Metrix in Chennai is hosting a walk-in interview for AR Caller PB/HB (1–3 years) in the US Healthcare domain. The session is scheduled as a walk-in from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Millenia Business Park II, 4A Campus, 143, Dr. M.G.R.

Road, Kandanchavadi, Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600096, India. Candidates with 1+ year healthcare AR/collections in a BPO setting, experience in medical billing and payer callouts, denials and appeals, and willingness to work night shifts are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year healthcare AR/collections experience in BPO environment.
• Experience in medical billing, AR calling, claims payments processing.
• Background in calling insurance payers to verify claim status and resolve disputes.
• Must be amenable to night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Calling insurance (payer) to verify claim status.
• Handle denials and appeals-outbound communications.
• Assist in AR follow-ups and payments processing.

• AR Caller (1 to 3) Years - (US Health care)
• Physician Billing (PB) & Hospital Billing (HB)
• With minimum 1+ year's of Healthcare Account Receivable/Collections in a BPO setting or environment (claims payments processing, claims status and tracking, Medical Billing, AR Follow ups, Denials and Appeals-outbound healthcare providers)
• Experienced on medical billing/ AR Calling.
• Background in calling insurance (Payer) to verify claim status and payment dispute.
• Must be amenable to work night shifts.
