Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Machine Maintenance Cum Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machinery. The role involves ensuring smooth machine operation, performing preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting machine issues, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machines as per standard operating procedures.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Attend machine breakdowns and minimize machine downtime.
• Conduct routine inspection and identify abnormalities in machine performance.
• Perform machine setting, parameter adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain daily machine operation and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and maintenance standards.
