Job summary

Ring is seeking a Freshers-Technical Customer Service Associate in Chennai (Perungalathur) for US shift. You will assist customers via phone, chat, and email, addressing Ring device issues and account problems with a customer-first approach.

Job Role

As a Technical Customer Service Associate at Ring , you will help customers solve problems with their Ring devices. You will answer customer questions through phone calls, chat, and email, and make sure they have a great experience.
