Job summary

Randstad is seeking a dynamic Field Lead Generation & Sales professional to drive health insurance outreach in local markets in Telangana. You will prospect new leads through direct calling, field visits, and networking; organize field activities and health camps; meet clients to assess needs and present plans; close sales.

You will recruit and onboard insurance advisors and POSPs, guide licensing, onboarding, and compliance; train agents on products, underwriting, and sales techniques;

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1–4 years in field sales (Health/Life/General Insurance or Financial services).
• Assets: valid two-wheeler license and personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Prospect open market via direct cold calling, field visits and networking to generate health insurance leads.
• Organize field activities, health check-up camps and promotional drives in local markets and corporate parks.
• Meet clients face-to-face, assess needs, present plans and close sales.
• Identify, recruit and onboard prospective insurance advisors, agents and POSPs.
• Guide licensing, registration and onboarding compliance.
• Conduct regular training sessions for agents on products, underwriting and sales techniques.
• Accompany agents on high-value field calls to assist in client conversion.
• Track agent activity daily and drive monthly business production.

Role & responsibilities

• Direct Field Lead Generation & Sales:
  
• Prospect the open market to acquire individual and family health insurance leads through direct cold calling, field visits, and local networking.
• Organize field activities, canopy setups, health check-up camps, and promotional drives in residential complexes, commercial markets, and corporate parks to capture inquiries.
• Meet prospective clients face-to-face, assess their health coverage needs, present suitable health insurance plans, and close sales.
• Agent Recruitment & Onboarding:
  
• Identify, recruit, and onboard prospective insurance advisors, agents, and Point of Sale Persons (POSPs) from the local market.
• Guide new agents through licensing, registration, and onboarding compliance norms.
• Agent Training & Enablement:
  
• Conduct regular training sessions for agents regarding health insurance products, policy terms, underwriting guidelines, and sales techniques.
• Accompany agents on high-value field calls to assist in client conversion and handle complex customer queries.
• Track agent activity daily, drive motivation, and ensure regular monthly business production from the agent network.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (10+2+3).
• Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven field sales experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, or Financial Services.
• Assets: A valid two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle for daily field movement.
