Hubert Enviro Care Systems in Chennai is seeking a laboratory professional to operate instruments, prepare and analyze samples, and assist with calibration and routine checks. You will perform chemical tests, maintain records, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

You will handle chemicals safely, coordinate with senior chemists, and contribute to accurate results and timely completion of testing activities in a collaborative lab environment.

Responsabilités

• Operate laboratory instruments and equipment for chemical testing and analysis.
• Receive, prepare, and analyze samples following approved methods.
• Assist in calibration, verification, and routine performance checks of instruments.
• Perform chemical tests accurately and maintain test records, worksheets, and data.
• Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of laboratory instruments; report malfunctions.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, quality standards, and testing protocols.
• Handle chemicals, reagents, standards, and samples safely as per procedures.
• Ensure test results are recorded and assist in identifying abnormal results.
• Maintain instrument logbooks, calibration records, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with chemists and senior team members for testing activities and timely completion of work.

Role & responsibilities

1. 1. *Instrument Operation:* Operate laboratory analytical instruments and equipment for various chemical testing and analysis.
2. 2. *Sample Analysis:* Receive, prepare, and analyze samples as per approved laboratory methods and procedures.
3. 3. *Instrument Calibration:* Assist in calibration, verification, and routine performance checks of laboratory instruments.
4. 4. *Testing & Documentation:* Perform chemical tests accurately and maintain proper test records, worksheets, and analytical data.
5. 5. *Instrument Maintenance:* Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of laboratory instruments and report any equipment malfunction to the concerned person.
6. 6. *Quality Compliance:* Follow laboratory SOPs, safety procedures, quality standards, and testing protocols during all activities.
7. 7. *Chemical Handling:* Handle chemicals, reagents, standards, and laboratory samples safely as per established procedures.
8. 8. *Result Verification:* Ensure test results are properly recorded and assist in identifying abnormal or inconsistent results.
9. 9. *Laboratory Records:* Maintain instrument logbooks, calibration records, reagent records, and other required laboratory documentation.
10. 10. *Team Coordination:* Coordinate with laboratory chemists and senior team members for testing activities, troubleshooting, and timely completion of assigned work.
