Job summary

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Performing routine laboratory tests:This includes blood tests, urine tests, tissue analyses, and other procedures, ensuring accurate and timely results.
• Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment:Proficiency in using and troubleshooting various laboratory instruments, including microscopes, centrifuges, and analyzers.
• Preparing samples and reagents:Following strict protocols and ensuring the quality and integrity of samples for testing.
• Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment:Adhering to safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Recording and documenting test results:Maintaining detailed and accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals:Communicating test results and findings to physicians and other medical staff, contributing to patient care.
• Attention to detail and accuracy:Maintaining high levels of precision in all tasks, ensuring reliable and accurate test results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills:Identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of laboratory processes.
