   ICN works to improve nurses working conditions, safety, employment rights, and professional recognition. It also highlights the importance of adequate staffing and a supportive work environment.
4. Supports nursing education and professional development
   ICN encourages high-quality nursing education and lifelong learning. It supports nurses in developing their knowledge, skills, leadership abilities, and professional competence.
5. Influences health policies
