Job summary

Staff Plus Hr Services is seeking a qualified Infection Control Nurse to develop, implement, and monitor the hospital’s infection control policy across wards, ICUs, and operating theatres. You will lead ICC meetings, review protocols, and ensure adherence to infection prevention standards.

The role requires MSc in nursing with active council registration and 2–5 years of clinical experience, plus CIC or NABH workshop credentials. You will work on-site within the hospital network in India.

Qualifications

• MSc in nursing with active State Nursing Council registration.
• 2–5 years of clinical experience in ward, ICU or OT.
• Certificate Course in Infection Control (CIC) or NABH workshops.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and periodically review the hospital’s Infection Control Policy and monitor compliance with infection prevention protocols.
• Lead the Infection Control Committee (ICC) meetings.
• Investigate and manage infection outbreaks; coordinate with departments.

Education

MSc. in Nursing with active State Nursing Council registration
