Job summary

The role requires advanced nursing qualifications with CIC certification and substantial clinical experience in wards, ICUs, or operating theatres.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. nursing with active State Nursing Council registration.
• 2–5 years in a clinical setting (ward, ICU, or OT).
• Certificate Course in Infection Control (CIC) or NABH workshops.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and periodically review the hospital's Infection Control Policy; monitor compliance with infection prevention protocols.
• Lead the Infection Control Committee (ICC) meetings.
• Investigate outbreaks and coordinate with departments for management.
