Job summary

Globiva in Gurugram is seeking an HR Recruiter to join immediately. You will source candidates for roles such as sales associate or customer service, post jobs on portals, screen resumes and conduct interviews.

Working days are six per week with office hours from 10am to 7pm. Freshers are not considered; prior full-time recruitment experience is preferred. Salary is 23,000–30,000 CTC.

Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
Upload candidate details on company portals
Release offers and coordinate joining dates
