• 1) Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions like sales associate or customer service associate.
• 2) Job posting on different job portals.
• 3) Screening the resumes, screening calls, interviews etc.)
• 4) Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
• 5) Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
• 6) Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
• 7) Upload the details of candidates on company portals.
• 8) Release the offer and make the person join on date on time.

Working days : 6
