Job summary

Kapsons is seeking a payroll specialist to manage end-to-end monthly payroll for retail stores and corporate staff. You will verify attendance, leaves, overtime and other inputs before processing salaries, maintaining payroll records and resolving queries.

You will coordinate with HR and store teams for onboarding, exits, transfers and salary revisions, handle F&F settlements, ensure PF/ESI/PT/TDS compliance, and prepare payroll reports with MS Excel and HRMS software.

Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA, HR, Finance or related field.
• 23 years of relevant experience in payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, attendance management, and statutory compliances.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and payroll/HRMS software.
• Strong numerical, analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume payroll and strict timelines.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HR and store teams for new joiners, exits, transfers, promotions and salary revisions.
• Process Full & Final Settlements for exiting employees.
• Ensure timely compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, salary statements, MIS and reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and payroll accounting.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of salary and personal information.
• Support payroll audits and provide required payroll data and documentation.
