Job summary

Design Cell in Nagpur, Maharashtra is seeking an HR professional to oversee employee life cycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and separation. You will partner with management to implement fair processes that support the organization’s growth.

You will ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, develop HR policies, gather employee feedback, and maintain accurate records for attendance, leaves, payroll, and related documents.
