• Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, safety and infection control.
• Maintain housekeeping checklists, duty rosters, cleaning schedules and daily reports.
• Monitor housekeeping materials, chemicals and equipment inventory.
• Coordinate with nursing, infection control, administration and other departments.
• Handle housekeeping-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
