ORTHO ONE Orthopaedic Speciality Centre in Coimbatore is seeking a Senior Manager - Housekeeping to oversee daily operations, ensure cleanliness, infection control, and patient satisfaction across the Centre. The role requires leadership to supervise IP/OPD areas, OT, ER, Radiology, and offsite facilities.

You will prepare rosters, train staff, enforce quality standards, and maintain documentation and audits.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Facility Management, or Housekeeping.
• Minimum 5 years in a housekeeping managerial role.
• Healthcare/hospital experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of biomedical waste management and infection control practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle audits and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily housekeeping across IP rooms, OPD, OT, ER, Radiology, etc.
• Prepare weekly duty rosters and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Conduct training programs for in-house and outsourced staff.
• Implement and monitor Quality & Infection Control Standards.
• Inspect cleanliness and maintain hygiene across all areas.
• Coordinate linen, waste management, pest control, gardening, and supplies inventory.
• Visit offsite locations (admin office & godown) as scheduled.
• Liaise with Maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Maintain documentation, checklists, audit records, and participate in compliance meetings.
