Job summary

Aluminium Recycling Co., Baroda seeks a maintenance head to oversee Foundry maintenance in a metal recycling plant, ensuring high machine availability and reliable utility systems.

Candidate should have BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical with Foundry/furnace exposure, TPM understanding, and exposure to greenfield projects; duties include training a new team and leading projects.

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Exposure to handling Foundry and Furnaces.
• Experience with hot molten material handling preferred.
• Understanding of TPM and reliability concepts.
• Greenfield project exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Head maintenance of Foundry operations within aluminium recycling.
• Manage all utilities and facilities maintenance.
• Plan and execute scheduled and preventive maintenance.
• Lead project handling and improvements.
• Monitor MTTR and MTBF to improve machine availability.
• Train and groom new maintenance team members.
