Job summary

Beam Info-tech. Pvt in Gurugram is seeking a detail-oriented System Design Engineer for design and development of EV tech products including motor controllers, BMS, displays and sensors.

You will work on hardware design, protection strategies, circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded testing. Collaborating with software teams, you will perform thermal and EMI/ESD calculations, BOM prep, DFMEA, and validation plans to ensure automotive-grade performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in system hardware design such as Battery-BMS and Cluster/Display.
• Ability to implement protection strategies against Heat, EMI and ESD in PCB design.
• Experience in circuit design, schematic design, PCB layout and Arduino coding.
• Experience in circuit design calculations, Power electronics and DFMEA.

Responsibilities

• Hands on experience in system hardware design- Battery-BMS, Cluster/Display etc.
• Implement protection strategy against Heat, interference, EMI/ESD in the PCB design
• Hands on Experience in circuit design & simulation, schematic design, PCB layout, and Arduino coding.
• Experience in circuit design calculations, Power electronics, and DFMEA.
• Experience in designing analogue, digital circuits and micro controller based circuits.
• Collaborating with software engineers to ensure software compatibility and integration with the hardware components
• Knowledge of electronics design calculation, Thermal calculations and components selections, BOM preparation, VA/VE.
• Knowledge on product testing & validation as per automotive standards.
• Experience in handling the reverse engineering projects
• Hands-on experience in testing Embedded hardware boards and system level functionalities
• Prepare Design Verification and Product Validation plans.
• Resolve issues in mass production of the design and manufacturing assembly line.
• Knowledge of Eagle and LtSpice is a plus point
• Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in technology and design trends.
