Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of GeM portal operations, government tendering, or e-procurement.
• Hands-on experience in bid submission, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation.
• Knowledge of government procurement procedures and tender compliance.

• Manage company registration and product listing on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
• Handle government tenders, bids, and quotation submissions.
• Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and other tender-related documents.
• Upload product details, pricing, specifications, and required documents on the GeM portal.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Production departments for order processing.
• Track tender deadlines, bid status, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain proper records of bids, orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and tender requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in GeM portal operations, government tendering, or e-procurement.
• Hands-on experience in bid submission, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation.
• Basic in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Good coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in furniture or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
