Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate with NTT in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• 35 years of experience working with children in the Foundational Years/Early Years segment.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate, play-based learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Warm, patient, empathetic, nurturing approach toward young learners.
• Creative and enthusiastic, with the ability to design engaging and experiential learning activities.
• Ability to observe, assess, and document children's developmental progress.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment.
• Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a school team.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Passionate about early childhood education and committed to continuous professional growth.
