Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE), NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), or a Bachelor's degree in Education/Child Development.
  • Patience & Empathy: High emotional intelligence to handle the diverse needs and emotional outbursts of young children.
  • Creativity: Ability to design engaging arts, crafts, music, storytelling, and physical movement activities.
  • Communication: Strong verbal skills to connect with children and professional communication skills for parents and staff.
  • First Aid: Basic certification in Child First Aid and CPR is highly preferred.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and sit on the floor frequently to interact with children at their eye level.
  • Stamina to stand for extended periods and manage active outdoor playtime.
