Job summary

Firstsource Solutions Limited is hiring for an international voice support role. You will handle queries from international clients via inbound and outbound calls, and provide email/chat support as needed to resolve issues effectively.

The position requires good English communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work with international customers. Night shifts are rotational with weekly offs; work from office with cab facility (chargeable).
