Job summary

eClerx LLC in Pune is seeking Analysts with a solid understanding of derivatives and stock markets to join the team as Apprentices. This role offers exposure to KYC/AML processes, reference data management, and lifecycle activities within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities include reconciling transactions, coordinating with clients and counterparties, and producing management and client reports. Night shifts on fixed schedules are required; WFO is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduates must possess all hardcopy graduation marksheets and passing certificates.
• Deep knowledge of derivatives, finance, and stock markets is required.
• Willingness to work in a fixed night shift.
• WFO (work from office) is mandatory.
• MBA candidates are not eligible; CFA/CMA/CA pursuing candidates are not eligible.

Shift Timings - Fixed Night Shifts | Management Level: Apprentice_Analyst | Location: Pune / Exp: 0- 2 years (no PF) / Immediate Joiners/ Comfortable with KYC and Non KYC process

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inter-system reconciliation and ensure accurate fund allocation for transactions

• Timely escalation of outstanding issues to clients
• Preparation of internal and client reports as per process requirements

Basic Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tight deadlines
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Basic understanding of finance
• Willingness to work in a fixed night shift

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA pursuing candidates are not eligible.
• Commerce freshers are welcome to apply, provided they possess all hardcopy graduation marksheets and passing certificates.
• No rotational shifts.
• CFA,CMA,CA,CS pursuing candidates not eligible.
• B.E., B.Sc., and B.A. candidates are eligible if they have deep knowledge about Finance & Investment Banking and certifications.
• A cooling period of 3 months applies for reapplying if previously unsuccessful.
• Candidates must be comfortable with WFO (Work From Office).
• Comfort with night shifts and a 1-year training agreement are necessary.
• Male candidates must be comfortable with fixed night shifts.
• Candidates with PF account need to provide experience documents.
• Example of Shift timings: 6:30 pm- 3:30 am/ 7:30 pm- 4:30 am (as per business).
