Job summary

eClerx LLC in Pune is seeking a Financial Analyst (Apprentice) to join the Investment Banking team. The role focuses on supporting KYC/AML processes, derivatives understanding, and stock market activities while handling fund reconciliation and client reporting.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates (B.Com/M.Com/BBA/BMS/BAF) with strong English communication, attention to detail, and basic MS Office skills, available for immediate joining and eager to grow in financial services.

Qualifications

• Freshers/0–6 months experience, immediate joiners preferred.
• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / BAF / BMS (2022 / 2023 / 2024 / 2025)
• Graduates can apply only after obtaining all semester hardcopy mark sheets and passing certificates. No Relocation, No Gap more than 2yrs, No Diploma candidate after 10th.

Responsibilities

• Perform inter-system reconciliation and ensure proper fund application.
• Liaise with agents, counterparties, and clients to resolve queries.
• Escalate outstanding issues in a timely manner.
• Handle different stages of the financial product life cycle — KYC, reference data management, legal docs, loans, reconciliation, settlements, brokerage, drafting, confirmations of trade, corporate actions, and tax operations.
• Prepare internal and client reports as per process requirements.
