Job summary

Matrix Business Services in Chennai is seeking a verification specialist to handle verifications via phone and email, adhering to quality standards and productivity targets. You will manage Education Checks, Employment History, Performance Feedback, References, Criminal Records, Drug tests, and Address Checks, drafting concise screening reports for clients.

Key to success are strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot, IF) and the ability to build good relationships with verification

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot and IF functions.

Responsibilities

• To attain verifications via phone / email according to predefined quality standards and targets on assigned cases.
• Obtaining verifications on Education Checks, Employment History Checks, Performance Feedback Checks, References, Criminal Record Checks, Drug Tests, Address Checks, etc.
• Analyzing verifications received and performing quality checks as per internal parameters.
• Achieving a low turnaround time for completing checks across all categories.
• Creating and maintaining healthy relationships with verification source contacts.
• Drafting screening reports and sending them to the client relations team for issuance to the client.
