Job summary

Sonai Infrastructure is seeking an ERP Executive with hands-on experience in Strategic ERP to manage day-to-day ERP operations and support multiple departments. You will ensure accurate data entry, monitor transactions, and generate MIS reports to assist management.

The role requires collaboration with Accounts, Purchase, Sales, Projects, Stores, and HR, training users, and coordinating with ERP vendors to implement improvements. A background in construction or real estate is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com / BBA / MBA / IT / Computer Applications or equivalent.
• 2 to 7 years of experience in Strategic ERP.
• Good knowledge of ERP processes and business workflows.
• Strong MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
• Experience in construction / infrastructure / real estate is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations in Strategic ERP.
• Ensure accurate and timely ERP data entry and updates.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Sales, Projects, Stores, HR, and other departments.
• Monitor ERP transactions, workflows, approvals, and pending activities.

• Assist in ERP implementation, testing, process improvements, and upgrades.
• Train users on ERP modules and ensure proper system usage.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better ERP utilization.
