Job description

The Delivery Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the success of client s project by coordinating activities, resources, and information across project participants and stakeholders from client location. The position requires both a strong technical expertise and Project Management background as well as experience in Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage delivery roadmaps, resource plans, and performance metrics across multiple workstreams.
• Understand client business needs, industry challenges, and strategic objectives to propose value-aligned solutions.
• Keep involved in everything on the project, from requirements clarification, client communication, general management to architecture and technical leadership
• Collaborate with product owners and an autonomous team of engineers to find comprehensive solutions
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Facilitate collaboration between engineers, product owners, and client architects
• Facilitate executive-level presentations and status reporting, translating complex technical concepts into business-relevant insights.
• Leverage and promote adoption of AI in project SDLC
• Help prepare project plans, including timelines and estimates
• Monitor project progress and ensure that it complies with the project plan
• Provide support - both technical and operational - to project participants as needed
• Manage project documentation, including calendars, meeting notes, and status updates
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, as well as undertake appropriate mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 13-19 years of experience in the software industry with 4+ years experience in Delivery Management
• Experience in managing large-scale, complex projects
• Core transformation initiatives at enterprise scale level.
• Background in Coding with hands-on experience in Java/.Net/Python, Microservices architecture
• AI tool adoption in SDLC, MCP, Agent Design, AI Code Assistants etc.
• Proven experience managing enterprise technology initiatives (e.g., digital transformation, cloud migration, data platforms, application development).
• Project management experience with full end-to-end delivery
• Experience in Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with software development, engineering, languages and tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline(s)
• Public cloud delivery experience
• Deep knowledge of software engineering best practices
• Have extensive experience working hands-on as a Software Engineer, Team lead and /or solution architect in an agile environment
• Experience in identifying, debugging and resolving complex production issues and client escalations
