Job summary

Pebble Street Hospitality seeks an experienced Electrical Technician to keep restaurants and facilities running safely. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance and coordinate with vendors across multiple outlets in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate holds an ITI or Diploma in Electrical, with 14 years of relevant maintenance experience, and can read electrical drawings. Travel between outlets and after‑hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• 14 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance.
• Experience in hospitality/restaurants/hotels/retail or commercial buildings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting at restaurant premises.
• Inspect, maintain and repair electrical systems, wiring, switches, sockets, DBs, MCBs, RCCBs and other components.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
• Identify electrical faults and attend breakdowns promptly to minimise downtime.
• Monitor electrical panels, power supply, lighting systems and related infrastructure.
• Install, replace and repair electrical fixtures, lights, fans, sockets and switches.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and external technicians for specialised work.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, repairs and replacements.
• Support the Maintenance/Projects team during outlet openings or renovations.
• Ensure proper use and upkeep of tools and materials.
• Report major faults or hazards to the manager.
• Respond to emergency maintenance including after‑hours as required.

About the Role:

Join Pebble Street Hospitality as an Electrical Technician and be a key part of keeping our restaurants, equipment and facilities running safely and smoothly. This role is ideal for a hands‑on technician who enjoys troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and working in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting at restaurants premises.
• Inspect, maintain and repair electrical systems, wiring, switches, sockets, DBs, MCBs, RCCBs and other electrical components.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
• Identify electrical faults and attend breakdowns promptly to minimise operational downtime.
• Monitor electrical panels, power supply, lighting systems and related infrastructure.
• Perform installation, replacement and repair of electrical fixtures, lights, fans, sockets and switches.
• Ensure all electrical work is carried out in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and external technicians whenever specialised electrical work is required.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, repairs and replacement of electrical components.
• Support the Maintenance/Projects team during outlet openings, renovations, equipment installation and other projects.
• Ensure proper use and upkeep of tools, equipment and electrical materials.
• Immediately report major electrical faults, unsafe conditions or potential hazards to the reporting manager.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requirements, including after‑hours breakdowns when required.

Candidate Profile

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• 14 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, retail, commercial buildings or hospitality will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, MCBs, RCCBs and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read basic electrical drawings and understand electrical layouts.
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Willingness to travel between outlets, if required.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns when required.
