Job summary

The Hosteller is seeking a Multi Skilled Technician (MST) to perform maintenance, repair, and installation across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in hospitality properties.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in hotels, clubs, cruises, or restaurants, and a diploma in electrical or ITI background. You will work closely with a maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient operations and timely responses to service calls.

Qualifications

• 12th pass is required; technical diploma preferred.
• Diploma in electrical or ITI background is desirable.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality maintenance (hotel/club/cruise/restaurant).
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failures and prolong system life
• Install new equipment and systems as required
• Upgrade existing systems to improve efficiency and performance
• Assist in planning and execution of facility improvement projects
• Ensure all work adheres to health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and operations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Prepare reports on equipment status and maintenance performed
• Work with other technicians to ensure seamless operations
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians as needed
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
