Job summary

Chaithanya Projects Pvt Ltd in Manduru, Karnataka is seeking a Senior Electrician (Maintenance) to manage electrical systems on villa and hospitality projects. You will maintain UPS, DG, AC, panels, lighting, fire alarm, CCTV, and coordinate with project teams to deliver quality workmanship.

This role requires an Electrical Diploma/ITI, 8-10 years of experience, willingness to work night shifts, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining UPS, DG, AC, Panel boards, Transformer, Lift, Access controller, Fire alarm panel, CCTV.
• Lighting circuit planning and execution.
• Electrical Equipment Periodical Readings.
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints.
• Electrical fault finding and solving, earthing maintenance.
• Preparation of checklist and preventive maintenance of electrical installations.
• Provide on-time quick support to internal stakeholders for various requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams across disciplines on MEP, HVAC, FF, PA, and Security systems for villas and hospitality projects.

• Must be familiar with construction methodologies and finishings of MEP, HVAC, FF, PA, and Security systems in villa and hospitality projects and be able to coordinate with project teams of different disciplines to achieve the best result
• Willing to learn and execute new technology.
• Electrician well experienced who can handle all imported LED light fixtures. Experience from electrical contractor required
