Responsibilities

• Design, review and prepare electrical layouts and docs for commercial solar PV projects.
• Perform sizing, calculations and equipment selection per project needs.
• Prepare and review SLDs, drawings and related engineering docs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support project execution and timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve technical, logistical and financial issues during design and installation.
• Maintain project docs and provide engineering support through lifecycle.

Job Summary

The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in commercial solar projects and possess strong technical knowledge of solar electrical systems. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Role & responsibilities

• Design, review, and prepare electrical layouts and documentation for commercial solar PV projects.
• Perform system sizing, electrical calculations, and equipment selection in accordance with project requirements.
• Prepare and review single-line diagrams (SLDs), electrical drawings, and related engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support project execution and timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve technical, logistical and financial issues during the design and installation of the project.
• Maintain project documentation and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the commercial solar industry.
• Sound understanding of commercial solar PV systems, electrical design principles, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in engineering design tools and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written).
