Knack RCM in Jaipur requires a full-time Operations professional to manage day-to-day RCM tasks within the US healthcare domain. You will ensure timely delivery, maintain quality, and report task progress to Team Managers. Strong verbal and written communication is essential.

Willingness to work night shifts/US timings and adaptability are valued. Education can be any graduate or postgraduate, with a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in communicating clearly in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and schedules.
• Experience with RCM processes such as Billing and Accounts Receivables in US healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks as per protocol.
• Handle day-to-day operations in RCM processes in the US Healthcare domain.
• Prioritize and deliver tasks on time with quality.
• Establish relationships with Team Managers and report progress.
• Communicate effectively with seniors and peers.
• Support night shift / US timings when required.
