Job summary

TRIARQ in Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli) and Nashik is seeking an RCM specialist focused on US healthcare billing. You will perform pre-call analysis, contact payers, and maintain audit-ready documentation for insurance submissions.

Ideal candidates hold HSC or graduate degrees, possess strong communication and analytical skills, have solid medical billing knowledge, and are willing to work the night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.

Qualifications

• HSC or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills required.
• Strong understanding of medical billing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-call analysis and status checks by payer via IVR or web portal.
• Maintain documentation on client software and audit trails for insurance submissions.
• Record after-call actions and perform post-call claim follow-up analyses.
• Resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure first-contact resolution.
• Provide accurate product/service information; reference documentation and explanations of benefits.
• Analyze AR data to understand underpayments, AR days, and denial reasons; code denials accordingly.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-call analysis and check status by calling the payer or using IVR or web portal services.
• Maintain adequate documentation on the client software to send necessary documentation to insurance companies and maintain a clear audit trail for future reference.
• Record after-call actions and perform post-call analysis for the claim follow-up.
• Assess and resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints through calling to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved at the first point of contact.
• Provide accurate product/service information to the customer; research available documentation, including authorization, nursing notes, and medical documentation on the client's systems; and interpret explanations of benefits received, etc., prior to making the call.
• Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for underpayment, days in AR, and top denial reasons; use appropriate codes to be used in documentation of the reasons for denials / underpayments.

Requirements:

• HSC/bachelor's degree in any discipline.
