R1 RCM is conducting a Walk-in Drive for International Process (US Healthcare) on 21 October 2026. Interview mode is Face-to-Face at Gurugram/Noida; venue in Gurgaon office. Timings are 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM. HR contact: Varsha Sharma at [e-mail].

Open to Freshers and candidates with 12+ months AR Calling experience in US Healthcare RCM. Freshers must have Graduation; passing year 2024 or later; B.Tech/B.E. not eligible; candidates should be complete freshers without AUAN or PF record.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Passing year should be 2024 or later.
• B.Tech/B.E. candidates are not eligible.
• Fresher with no A UAN Number or previous PF record.
• Minimum 12 months of AR Calling (US Healthcare RCM) experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance payers to check claim status.
• Coordinate with US insurance companies on behalf of healthcare providers.
• Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.
• Identify denial reasons and work towards resolution.
• Prevent claims from being written off through timely follow-up.
• Handle calling activities related to denied claims.
