The role requires performing GD&T, stack-up analysis, and design calculations, selecting cost-effective components, and maintaining ECN/ECR records.

Qualifikationen

• Design and develop mechanical components from concepts to final stage using CAD tools, including SolidWorks.
• Lead tolerance analysis, FEA, DFM reviews and prototype validation.
• Develop concept, detailed, and assembly designs for SPMs using SolidWorks and any CAD software.
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks.
• Perform GD&T for manufacturing clarity.
• Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure proper fit and function.
• Perform design calculations and engineering validation.
• Select standard components such as bearings, fasteners, motors, actuators, sensors, and linear guides.
• Ensure cost-effective and reliable component selection.
• Prepare BOM, engineering drawings, and design documents.
• Maintain ECN/ECR records and design revisions.
