Job summary

Danprel is seeking a mechanical/Mechatronics engineer with 2–8 years of experience in SPM and automation to develop concept drawings and deliver 2D/3D CAD models. You will apply GD&T, prepare BOMs, and select components such as pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings and LM rails.

Understanding customer drawings and basic electrical elements will be important. The role includes designing SP machines, jigs and fixtures.

Qualifications

• Qualification: B.E or Diploma (Mechanical or Mechatronics).
• Experience: 2 to 8 Years of experience in the SPM & Automation field.
• Prepare machine concept drawings as per customer requirement.
• Experience in 2D & 3D development, GD&T and BOM preparation.
• Knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, LM rails and machine elements selection & calculation.
• Ability to understand customer drawings & requirements.
• Knowledge of basic electrical elements like sensors, servos, load cells, LVDTs, etc.
• Knowledge in special purpose machine, jigs and fixture design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machine concept drawings as per customer requirement.
• Develop 2D & 3D drawings and conduct GD&T and BOM preparation.
• Select machine elements including pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings and LM rails.
• Interpret customer drawings and translate to design specifications.
• Incorporate basic electrical component knowledge into mechanical designs.
• Design special purpose machines, jigs and fixtures as needed.
