Job summary

Bright Tech Automation seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer to develop concepts and designs for new products. You will create 2D/3D models, drawings, and documentation, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure manufacturability and safety throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires strong CAD skills, design calculations, and a proactive, analytic mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in design from Manufacturing Engineering, Packaging Industry, Automation Industry, or Material Handling Equipment (SPM domains).
• Strong understanding of design calculations and core mechanical concepts.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials and GD&T.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
• Strong computer and mathematical skills.
• Flexible and adaptable approach; can handle changing priorities.
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently if required.
