Job summary

SAI Life Sciences in Bidar is seeking a Chemist / Sr Chemist for the production department. You will execute manufacturing batches, prepare SOPs, and ensure yields stay within spec while maintaining logs and environmental controls in a cGMP-compliant facility.

The role requires 2–7 years of relevant industry experience with chemistry/chemical education backgrounds and good interpersonal skills to work across teams.

Qualifications

• M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Tech / Diploma in Chemistry or Chemical disciplines with 2–7 years of industry experience.
• Strong understanding of chemical processes and production knowledge.
• Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute production batches as per plan.
• Prepare SOPs for production processes.
• Maintain product yields within specified limits at different process stages.
• Online verification of cleaning areas/equipment and completion of logs.
• Online monitoring of environment conditions and logs completion.
• Adhere to cGMP standards during all process activities.
• Manufacture products as per cGMP guidelines.
• Complete batch process records online.
• Keep the production facility compliant with regulatory norms.

Summary of Job

To execute the production through the various stages of manufacturing as per the plan and ensure compliance to quality, safety & regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute production batches as per plan.
• Preparation of SOPs.
• To maintain the yield of products in specifies limits at various stages of process activities.
• Online verification of cleaning area / equipment and completion of Logs.
• Online monitoring of environment conditions and completion of Logs.
• To comply with cGMP standard during the entire process activity.
• Manufacturing of products as per cGMP.
• Online completion of batch process records.
• To maintain the process facility as per the regulatory norms.

Experience/Qualification
