Job summary

Sami Sabinsa Group in Karnataka is seeking Executive/Senior Executive Production candidates for a permanent role in the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical sector. The position requires 1–7 years of experience and a relevant science or chemical engineering education.

Responsibilities include managing production activities, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, maintaining records per cGMP, and coordinating with QA/QC to meet quality targets. Rotational shifts and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical production.
• Education in chemistry/biotechnology/chemical engineering.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute production processing activities.
• Work on Production Plan to achieve the dispatch commitment.
• Ensure the team to achieve zero accidents and a safe work environment.
• Adhere to SOPs and batch manufacturing records for compliance.
• Operate, monitor and maintain processing equipment and related machinery.
• Troubleshoot and optimize processes to improve yield and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed production records andDeviation logs per cGMP guidelines.
• Collaborate with QA/QC to meet regulatory and product quality standards.
• Monitor materials, consumables, and reagents required for production.
• Ensure adherence to safety and biosafety regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute production processing activities.

• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures SOPs) and batch manufacturing records for smooth production operations and regulatory compliance.
• Operate, monitor and maintain processing equipment and other related machinery.
• Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing processes to enhance yield, purity, and overall process efficiency.
• Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including deviations, equipment logs, and batch reports, in compliance with cGMP guidelines.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and control teams to ensure that all activities meet regulatory and product quality standards.
• Monitor and manage raw materials, consumables, and reagents required for processing activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including environmental and biosafety standards, during production.
