Alivus Life Sciences seeks a chemically trained production specialist to manage batches in a cGMP environment. You will monitor continuous processes via SCADA, troubleshoot shop-floor issues, and train teams on GMP and safety.

Responsibilities include material verification, document reviews, SAP production tasks, and contributing to audit readiness with IPQA compliance. 1–3 years in chemical/ API/ formulation roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in continuous process plants and SCADA.
• Strong troubleshooting approach.
• GMP and documentation practices understood.

Responsabilités

• Run batches as per schedule, delivering budgeted yield and quality in full cGMP compliance.
• Operate and monitor continuous process operations through the SCADA system.
• Lead troubleshooting of process and equipment issues on the shop floor.
• Allocate work to the shop floor team and train them on cGMP and safety.
• Verify raw material, packing material and intermediate stages.
• Review online documents including BPCR/ECR, usage logbooks and balance calibration records.
• Keep the plant audit ready round the clock for customer and internal audits with IPQA compliance.
• Perform SAP transactions related to production.
• Investigate OOS, OOT, incidents and market complaints.
• Prepare change control, deviation, CAPA, production reports, protocols and SOP formats.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering and Warehouse for smooth shift operations.
• Track preventive maintenance of equipment and area.
• Ensure segregation of high and low COD effluent streams and spent solvents.
• Verify dispensing and dispatch activities with correct labelling.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E. Chemical with 1 to 3 years in a chemical, API or formulation company
• Hands on experience in continuous process plants and SCADA
• Strong troubleshooting approach
• Sound knowledge of GMP and documentation practices
