Job summary

Nexdigm (SKP) in Pune is seeking an experienced Team Lead for Procure to Pay and Cash Application to join our finance team. You will oversee high-volume invoice processing, validation, and booking in ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and on-time payment cycles.

Responsibilities include PO and non-PO invoice handling, cash allocation, FX settlements, and coordinating with internal stakeholders for approvals. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience processing high-volume PO and non-PO invoices in ERP.
• Proficient in cash allocation and AR activities.
• Strong data entry accuracy and query resolution.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle or similar ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices (30-50+ per day) and PO invoices within timelines.
• Validate invoices, enter data, and book in ERP systems.
• Manage PO matching and resolve discrepancies and exceptions.
• Coordinate with approvers, vendors, and stakeholders for timely payments.
• Lead team activities and support FX/cash application processes.

Team lead - Procure to Pay and Cash Application - Pune

• Process high-volume non-PO invoices (30-50+ invoices per day) and PO invoices accurately within agreed timelines.
• Perform invoice validation, data entry, and booking in ERP systems.
• Manage PO matching activities and investigate/resolve invoice discrepancies, mismatches, duplicate invoices, and exception queries.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, approvers, and vendors to ensure timely invoice approval and payment processing.
• Team Handling exposure
• Experience in Cash Application / Accounts Receivable
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Expertise in cash allocation and application (manual and/or automated processes)
• Ability to investigate and resolve unidentified or unapplied cash transactions
• Experience handling high-volume transactions
• Experience dealing with FX bank accounts and cross-currency invoice settlements
