Job summary

The Kids Clinic is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) for hospital settings in Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on guiding patients, coordinating with various hospital departments, and ensuring a smooth patient journey from registration to follow-ups.

You will handle queries, manage appointments, maintain CRM records, and contribute to patient satisfaction and retention through effective relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient and attendant queries and provide proper guidance regarding hospital services.
• Coordinate with patients, doctors, nurses, billing, diagnostics, pharmacy, and other departments.
• Manage patient appointments, registrations, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Build and maintain good relationships with patients and their families.
• Assist patients throughout their hospital journey and ensure a smooth experience.
• Handle patient complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Conduct follow-up calls with patients regarding appointments, consultations, tests, and treatments.
• Maintain patient records and update CRM/database accurately.
• Support hospital services, packages, and other healthcare offerings.
• Coordinate with corporate clients, insurance/TPA teams, referral partners, and external stakeholders where required.
• Work towards patient satisfaction, retention, and achievement of assigned business/relationship targets.
